A Tour of Victoria Park

Victoria Park is a natural woodland park situated within Truro, NS. The park was originally established in 1887 with a 25 acre land grant by Susan Waddell which contained two waterfalls (one of which is named for her), and the gorge surrounding Leper brook. Named after Queen Victoria during her reign, the park is now over 3,000 acres (1,200 hectares) in size, and boasts over 20 km of trails, as well as playgrounds, picnic areas, a public pool, and tennis courts.
