Day or night, people gather along piers to enjoy sunsets, a leisurely stroll and pier fishing. Here are a few popular piers on Lake Michigan that are publicly accessible and tailor made to enjoy the view. You do not need to go out onto the piers themselves to complete this adventure. With different weather conditions there are times where it will not be safe to walk the piers. Perhaps these five locations are new to you, or old favorites.
