AN ADVENTURE IN GRENÁ (ADVENTURE LAB CACHE) Imagine a park totally immersed in nature right in the center of Furnas, on São Miguel Island, in the Azores. Well, this paradise is called Grená! With 18 hectares of forest, showing “untouchable nature”, Parque da Grená wants to assert itself as a new point of interest on the island of São Miguel, in a property where a watercourse passes, with a waterfall, and where you can see the ruins of an 1858 manor house, explains the park management. The 18-hectare site has a wooded park, a watercourse crossed by a bridge, a waterfall, a garden and a mansion. In other words, it is a true dream scenario. Schedule: Parque Grená is open between 9:30 am and 5 pm, from October to March, and from 9:30 am to 6 pm, from April to September. Information: Pets are welcome in this park!
