Part of the Erie Canal Adventure Lab Trail, this tour will take you to some unique and historical points of interest in the Holley area. This village owes its existence to the canal and was incorporated in 1850 with the original name of Saltport. The name was changed to honor Myron Holley, a commissioner of the Erie Canal. With the towns of Albion and Brockport nearby this village has seen little in the way of commercial development. Hope you enjoy your walk and drive around this Eastern Part of Orleans County.
