As part of the testing of "Adventure Labs", I was approached by HQ to set some Lab Caches on behalf of "Devon Geocachers", a Facebook group for local cachers. Sadly I wasn't allowed to set them across the WHOLE county, so I am going to try and give an essence of the whole county, in one place! This is a collection of Devon-themed Lab Caches situated in Haldon Forest. They are all completable within a couple of hours, and are on fairly flat tracks around the forest. All of the Lab Caches are placed in accordance with the Forestry Commission Peninsular District Agreement. GPS coverage may not be perfect under the trees, however the containers should not be too taxing to find. There are 5 physical lab caches containing small Devon-related puzzles to solve in the field (no elaborate woodwork, sorry!) and two virtual ones. They can be completed in any order, and can be done along with the Wooden Walk cache. You need to download the Adventure Labs app to complete these caches.
