This Adventure Lab is one of 30 that makes up the TN Lab Art, with a total of 150 lab caches. You can complete this adventure lab within the Athens 1-75 Northbound Rest Area. The 45-feet tall observation tower was built in 1959 to allow visitors an opportunity to see the mountains and valleys surrounding Clingman’s Dome with an unobstructed view.
