Jūrmala is also called the city of Rainis and Aspazija, and not for nothing, because Jūrmala has always been a city enjoyable to these personalities, and they have both spent a long time in Jūrmala, not only relaxing, but also got inspiration for their creative works.
I offer to go see some of the places that are in some way related to Rainis and Aspazija's personalities.
If you go on foot, then a walk will be approx. 10 km. Alternatively, take a bicycle, car or other vehicle. Public transport also runs along the entire route - consider this option as well.
Old photos of places are taken from public resources published by The National Archives of Latvia.
