UPDATED ReLit walking tour

Renewing our past. Lighting our future. ReLit is a three week upcycled lighting festival by Columbia Springs. The goal of the festival is to highlight the environmental footprint of our worn-out items and demonstrate creative reuse to functional art pieces. Upcycling is a form of recycling that “upgrades” and extends the usable life of something that cannot or should not be repaired. By upcycling these items we have conserved the natural resources that were mined, harvested and manufactured to make it. ReLit is also a fundraiser for the nonprofit environmental education center, Columbia Springs and their Repair Clark County program. Visit www.columbiasprings.org/relit to learn more and bid on your favorite lamp. Silent auction closes 5:00 PM on Friday, September 10th. Special thanks to our fixers for creating this lamp and to our local businesses for hosting them for the first 2 weeks of the festival. All ReLit lamps will be displayed from September 4th to September 10th at Columbia Springs.
