Biddeford Museum in the Streets - Sites 16 to 20

The Museum in the Streets provides a historical guide of the heritage and culture in the City of Biddeford. Each of the signs you will visit are written in both English and French. French was chosen as the second language in recognition of the substantial population of Franco-Americans as well as the many francophone tourists who visit this area. The immediate roots of the Franco-Americans go back to Canada in the 17th century. A group of six people created the six Adventures to take you on a tour to visit the 30 locations of Biddeford’s Museum in the Streets. For more information about the Museum in the Streets project, visit: biddefordculturalandheritagecenter.org/museum-in-the-streets/. Notes: 1) On street parking is available near the starting location. 2) A map is available in the kiosk next to sites 1 and 11. 3) Sites 16 – 20 are best accessed by walking. 4) Collect the codes from the journals of all six Adventures to find the bonus geocache (GCA8D5J).
