Velkommen til Vollen. Vollen er et strøk i Asker. Senteret ligger ved fjorden. Gården Vollen ble skilt ut fra Nordre Gisle først i 1762, men strandstedet Vollen har en historie tilbake til vikingtiden. Vollen har alltid vært forbundet med fiske og sjøfart, jakter og jakteskippere. Vollen var skipingshavn for Dikemark jernverk på 1700-tallet, senere skipet man ut isblokker, granittblokker og hageprodukter. Vi tar oss en lite rundtur på dette flotte området. Welcome to Vollen. The farm Vollen was first separated from Nordre Gisle in 1762, but the beach town of Vollen has a history dating back to the Viking era. Vollen has always been associated with fishing and seafaring, hunts and yachts.
