This Adventure will take you to Ladson Park and Arboretum, site of the Trail of Honor. This trail is dedicated to veterans from Westchester County, who served from the American Revolution to Desert Storm. You will be taking a walking tour of these memorials in a beautiful, wooded setting that should take you about 1/2 hour to complete. We hope that as you tour these memorials, you will remember that our freedom is not truly free. Many brave men and women from Westchester County paid the ultimate price to ensure the freedom of our great nation and we owe them our deepest respect. Entry to the park is off Route 35 in Katonah, NY. Once inside, go to N 41 16.592 W 073 44.227, to park. In the lower parking lot, you will see a sign for the start of Trail of Honor. Please follow all posted park rules. The park gates close promptly at 4PM. Once you complete all the stages, you will be given coordinates for a Bonus cache that you can find before you leave the park.
