This is a 10 location ramble around Thorndon on the harbour side of the Wellington motorway. You will see some old & modern architecture, read about the architecture/history of these buildings and/or a few important people who resided in the suburb. I have adapted an Urban Camp Week activity I created for students at my former school, for them to see & learn more about their city. I enjoyed their questions & comments when they made discoveries, as many had not been here before. The geofencing limit has been set at 30 metres. All coordinates were taken using the iPhone app 'Cachly' and have been tested using the Adventure app on an android phone and iPhone. Depending on the time of day, you can either walk or drive the route. There are car parks available near all locations, but you can't guarantee they will be empty on week days. After correctly answering each question, check the location's journal in case there is information needed to complete the GC8H58Q Thorndon Ramble Multi multi-cache.
