This Adventure Lab focuses on its nickname "The River City" honoring its location at a narrow bend on the Pasquotank River. Extensive waterfront property, wetlands, the river, streams, culture, history, and recreational activities are delights to explore throughout the year. Completing the Lab takes less than an hour and is an easy walk along the riverside of Water Street, one of Elizabeth City's main roads in the downtown area. Be sure to note the numbers given after each successful entry to locate the Bonus with these coordinates: N36 AB.CDE W076 FG.HIJ The Lab stages can be completed in any order but most cachers will find it helpful to start from the public parking at Mariners Wharf Park or Waterfront Park, both accessed from Water Street.
