A short tour of the main part of the city of Rathdrum. Visit some old buildings, the Old Jail, and more. This could be done in a short walk, though the bonus cache is further away. Rathdrum was formerly the county seat of Kootenai County, from 1881 to 1908. Also, prior to 1881, it was called Westwood rather than Rathdrum.
