Welcome to Milo McIver State Park

Milo McIver State Park is a state park in the U.S. state of Oregon. It is in Clackamas County along the Clackamas River, near Estacada and close to Mount Hood. Situated along the scenic Clackamas River, Milo McIver State Park is only 45 minutes from Portland. This beautiful park provides a variety of outstanding recreational opportunities. You can spend a day or a week exploring the river, forest and fields. The park land was purchased from private owners between 1966 and 1975. In 1987, an additional tract was given to the state by Grant Schiewe. The park was dedicated in honor of Milo K. McIver (1897-1962), member of the Oregon Highway Commission from 1950 to 1962 and strong supporter of state parks activities. The park hosts a campground, horse trails, hiking trails, a world-class 27-hole disc golf course, a boat ramp and kayak rentals, dog park, and the Clackamas Fish Hatchery. There is plenty to do for everyone! So stop by and enjoy the park as this adventure will take you from end to end.
