This Adventure Lab is part of the historic LINCOLN HIGHWAY series, that will hopefully span the entire 3,000 miles between New York City and San Francisco. As the first improved transcontinental highway in the U.S., the Lincoln Highway was the premier highway of its time. From its inception, the Lincoln Highway inspired a new type of travel where the journey became as meaningful as the destination. Long-distance family automobile travel became a way of life, and economic growth followed. The Lincoln Highway still inspires us to get out on the road. This Lab Cache is designed to be done as a walking tour. Most people should be able to complete it in an hour - including the bonus cache. There is limited meter parking near each stage.
