ENG: This Adventure Lab will take you to 5 important places for LEGO. Ole Kirk Kristiansen was a carpenter. In 1932 he started to produce wooden toys. He called the toys LEGO a combination of 2 Danish words "Play" (Leg) and "Good" (Godt). In 1944 he bought a plastic injection molding machine. The company started with small plastic trees but in 1949 the famous brick was made. In 1958 the design was change to the brick we know today. In 2019 the first plant-based brick was made and LEGO keep working at being environment friendly DK: Denne Adventure Lab vise dig 5 vigtige steder for LEGO. Ole Kirk Kristiansen var tømrer. I 1932 startede han med at lave trælegetøj. Det blev kaldt LEGO en sammentrækning af "Leg" og "Godt". I 1944 købte han en plastsprøjte-støbemaskine.
