Freedom is Never Free

The Rochester Soldiers Field Veterans Memorial honors Veterans of SE MN who died serving our country. Planning for the memorial was started in 1995 and the Memorial was dedicated in 2000. The Memorial consists of the Wall of Remembrance (honoring over 3,000 service men and women who gave their lives), the Walk of Remembrance (includes over 6,000 pavers honoring veterans and allies) and the Trees of Remembrance (50 trees representing our 50 states). The Memorial is open daily until 10 pm and is free (no admission charge). A small parking lot is available at the Memorial. Metered street parking is also available, and is free after 5 pm and on weekends. The adventure lab should take less than hour to complete. Feel free to linger longer to take in all the info at the memorial. Upon completion, the final journal entry will contain the keyword needed to unlock the Freedom is Never Free-Adventure Lab Bonus cache (GC8YW7H)
