**Qs updated 19/05/24** Faversham was very important in the EXPLOSIVES! business. It was home to 3 gunpowder works, but only 2 now remain! Uplees works suffered a “Great Explosion” in April 1916. This adventure will retell the story of Uplees Gunpowder Works explosion, while walking you around Oare Gunpowder Works for you to re-imagine the story. Qs from the story and from info boards at the works will be presented to you at each location. Each answer will be a number and a word separated by a space, all words are lowercase. (eg. 1234 example) You might also like to take note of Qs for the multi cache GC317VD as you will pass all of the stages and the final as you walk around. Parking available within the works Mon-Fri 9am-5pm and weekends 930am-4pm March-Nov. Or roadside parking nearby is also available outside of these months/times.
