Auf den Spuren von Dorothea Viehmann - 1755 kam die "in aller Welt wohl berühmteste hessische Frau", als Tochter der hugenottischen Familie Pierson im Gasthaus "Zum Birkenbaum", der heutigen Knallhütte bei Rengershausen, zur Welt. Ihre Familie stammt aus Metz in Frankreich, von dort flohen sie als verfolgte Glaubensflüchtlinge nach Hessen. Von Dorothea Viehmann stammen etwa 40 der Grimm'schen Märchen. Folge ihren Spuren und löse die Labcaches. ----- Follow the footsteps of Dorothea Viehmann - In 1755 the "most famous Hessian woman in the world" was born as a daughter of the Huguenot family Pierson in the inn "Zum Birkenbaum", today's brewery-inn "Knallhütte" at Rengershausen. Her family was origin from Metz in France, from where they fled to Hesse as persecuted refugees of faith. Dorothea Viehmann was the teller of about 40 of the Grimm's fairy tales.
