This adventure will take you in and around the Ottawa Metro Park via the Rotary River Walk. Each stage has a connection with the title of this adventure "Sticks and Stones" If you are looking to commune with nature and get some exercise you can walk or bike to each location. Each location also has parking that is nearby so you can drive to each location if you choose. There are many things to do at this park. You can walk, bike, swim and camp here. There are shelter houses to rent, a disc golf course, an arboretum to visit, an amphitheater for music and a lake for fishing. I hope that you enjoy this park as much as I do.
