Bitte alle Stationen vor dem Eingang einloggen, da im Haus das GPS schlecht ist, nutze auch das Haus WLAN! - Das Wälderhaus der Schutzgemeinschaft Deutscher Wald HH beherbergt das „Science Center Wald“, eine 650 m² große interaktive Ausstellung zum Thema „Ökosystem Wald“ und zur Stadtnatur, sowie in den oberen drei Stockwerken des Gebäudes ein Hotel, ein Restaurant und Veranstaltungsräume. Das Science Center Wald ist eine Ausstellung, Baumstämmen und präparierten Tieren. Zielsetzung ist die Veranschaulichung der Zusammenhänge zwischen Wald, Umwelt und Nachhaltigkeit. Heutige Gebäude entstand im Rahmen der Internationalen Bauausstellung Hamburg 2013 und der Internationalen Andreas Heller hatte das Haus entworfen und auf einem 2.130 m² großen Grundstück für 17 Millionen Euro errichtet. The Science Center Forest is an exhibition, tree trunks and taxidermied animals. The aim is to illustrate the connections between forests, the environment and sustainability. Today's building was created as part of the International Building Exhibition Hamburg 2013 and the International Andreas Heller designed the house and built it on a 2,130 m² plot for 17 million euros.
