Canalside, located at the Western terminus of the Canal, hosts hundreds of events throughout the year, many of which are free or low cost to the public. You'll find concerts and festivals, summer fitness classes and ice skating, children's programming, history tours, and outdoor winter activities. Naval & Military Park is the largest inland park of its kind in the nation. All branches of the Armed Forces are represented in the park’s exhibits.
