Kingston was the first capital, and it served in that role from 1841 to 1844 and in 1846 it was incorporated as a city. Several movies and tv shows have filmed here like starting out with blues brothers 2000, then vendetta but others have followed including tv shows like star trek discovery and Murdoch mysteries, using the abundance of historic buildings like the famous stairs in Kingston penitentiary. But I would like to take you to a different side of the city of creepy and sad stories of one of the most haunted cities in Canada.
